Mr. Quoc Trung Tran – Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Quoc Trung Tran, born in 1976, is an Engineer specializing in Marine Navigation Control and also holds a Certificate of Competency as Master (Ship Captain).

Mr. Quoc boasts over 25 years of experience in the maritime and sea transportation sector. Notably, he has spent more than 15 years in a management role at Nhat Viet Transportation Corporation (NVTrans), a member unit of PetroVietnam Transportation Corporation (PVTrans).

With his extensive experience and expertise, he is currently leading the Board of Directors for the 2023–2028 term, focusing on effective growth, enhancing competitive capacity, and expanding PCT's position in the sea transportation industry.

Ms. Huyen Thi Thanh Nguyen – Member of the Board of Directors / Director

Ms. Huyen Thi Thanh Huyen Nguyen, born in 1992, possesses deep professional experience in vessel exploitation (chartering) and import-export business, underpinned by a solid academic foundation in Business Administration.

Ms. Huyen has held key positions, ranging from Vessel Exploitation Specialist at Sellan Gas Co., Ltd. to a Senior Executive role in the Exploitation Department at Nhat Viet Transportation Joint Stock Company. Currently, she directly manages PCT's business operations, participating in strategic exploitation planning, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving innovation in the sea transportation sector.

The combination of her proven management capabilities, fresh perspective, and practical experience is instrumental in boosting PCT's competitive edge toward the goal of becoming a world-leading sea transportation entity.

Mr. Nam Anh Le – Independent member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Nam Anh Le born in 1976, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Accounting – Auditing. With nearly 30 years of professional activity in finance, accounting – auditing, and investment, he has built a robust professional foundation, particularly in executive management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nam has held significant roles, including Head of Planning – Investment and Chief Accountant at PetroVietnam Transportation Corporation (PVTrans), as well as Board Member/Chief Accountant at various PVTrans member units. He is currently the Deputy Finance Director of Nhat Viet Transportation Joint Stock Company – a PVTrans member.

With his expertise and experience in the finance – accounting field, Mr. Nam plays a crucial role in governance/consulting, reinforcing transparency - financial management efficiency, and supporting PCT's strategic development orientation.

Mr. Dang Nguyen Dang – Member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Dang Nguyen Dang, born in 1982, holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering (Automotive and Power). He has over 20 years of experience in technical management and maritime material supply, including more than 15 years directly leading technical departments at top sea transportation enterprises.

Mr.Nam has held important leadership positions at Nhat Viet Transportation Joint Stock Company, such as Head of Technical and Material Department, Deputy Director, and Technical Director. Additionally, he served as a BOD Member cum Deputy Director at Vietnam Gas and Chemicals Transportation Corporation.

His leadership experience and technical expertise will help PCT consolidate and maintain the fleet's technical system optimally and efficiently, ensuring operational safety and exploitation.

Mr. Truong Xuan Tran – Member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Truong Xuan Tran, born in 1979, is an Engineer specializing in Design and Repair of Marine Engines. He has over 20 years of experience in technical management and repair of marine engines, including more than 9 years in executive management and senior leadership roles at major sea transportation companies.

Mr. Truong has held key positions at prominent sea transportation enterprises, such as Deputy Director in charge of Technical Affairs at FGAS Petroleum JSC, Head of Safety – Technical Department at Hoa Phat Shipping JSC, and is currently the Director of Ocean Express Shipping Co., Ltd.

With his leadership ability and practical management experience, he holds a significant role in supporting the improvement of the technical system and increasing the exploitation efficiency of PCT's fleet.

Ms. Huong Thi Mai Chu – Head of Supervisory Board.

Ms. Huong Mai Thi Chu, born in 1977, has a deep academic foundation in Economics and Accounting. She holds a Chief Accountant Certificate (Hanoi Academy of Finance) and has completed the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) training program (Vietnam Institute of Directors – VIOD).

Ms. Huong’s career spanning over 25 years in accounting, she has spent more than 20 years in a leadership position within the Finance – Accounting Department at major transportation enterprises. She is currently the Deputy Head of Finance and Accounting Department at Nhat Viet Transportation Joint Stock Company.

With extensive experience in financial management and control, Ms. Huong acts as the dedicated Supervisor to monitor and appraise the reasonableness and legality of PCT’s accounting practices and financial reports. Her role is core to ensuring the transparency, completeness, and compliance of the company's financial regulations.

Ms. Tam Thi Thu Nguyen – Member of the Supervisory Board.

Ms. Tam Thu Thi Nguyen, born in 1984, is a Lawyer. She has over 15 years of experience in legal and human resource management, with more than 10 years holding administrative and HR management positions.

Ms. Tam served in management roles such as Deputy Head of Administration Department and Deputy Head of Crewing Department at Nhat Viet Transportation JSC and Vietnam Gas and Chemicals Transportation Corporation. She is currently a Lawyer at Dong Phap Law Co., Ltd.

With her solid professional foundation in law and practical experience in human resource management, she plays a vital role in ensuring PCT's operations comply with legal regulations, thereby protecting shareholders' rights and building a professional working environment.

Ms. Thuy Thu Thi Vuong – Member of the Supervisory Board.

Ms. Thuy Thu Thi Vuong, born in 1976, has a diverse academic background in Economic Law and Foreign Languages. She has over 27 years of service in accounting and project development, including nearly 15 years of experience at the management and executive level.

Ms. Thuy has held several important management positions, such as Manager in charge of the Accounting Department, Deputy Head of Accounting Department, and Deputy Head of Project Management Department at Sellan Gas Co., Ltd., and is currently the Head of Finance and Accounting at Phuong Dong Petroleum Transportation Co., Ltd.

With her strong knowledge of law and expertise in finance and accounting, she plays an important role in monitoring and ensuring that PCT’s operations are legally compliant, transparent, and efficient.
